1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how TrickTic Automation ("TrickTic", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information relating to visitors and prospective clients of the website at tricktic.com/automation (the "Site"). It is written in line with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (the "Privacy Law") and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017.
By using the Site or submitting the contact form, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy. You are not legally required to provide us with any information, but without certain details we will not be able to respond to your request.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide through the contact form, which may include:
- Your name and business name;
- Email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
- Website address (optional);
- The tools you currently use and a description of the manual or repetitive process you would like to automate;
- The urgency and preferred method of contact you indicate.
We may also receive limited technical information automatically sent by your browser (such as IP address and basic request metadata) as part of normal web-server operation. The Site uses a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics tool (Umami) to measure aggregate traffic and how pages are used, so we can improve the Site. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.
The Site can use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to measure usage and support our advertising on Google, but only after you select “Accept” in the cookie notice. If accepted, Google cookies and similar technologies send information about your visit (such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser details) to Google, which processes it on our behalf. This may be used to measure Google Ads campaign performance and to build remarketing audiences, which can mean showing you our ads on other websites and services. You can withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookies” link in the Site footer; rejecting stops future Google tracking and removes Google cookies accessible to the Site. You can also manage ad personalisation in your Google Account settings. For more on how Google uses this data, see Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
3. Purpose of Use
We use the information you provide solely in order to:
- Review your request and assess potential automation work;
- Respond to you and arrange a free automation audit;
- Prepare a proposal or scope where relevant;
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We will not use your details for marketing communications without a separate, clear basis to do so.
4. How Information Is Stored and Shared
Contact form submissions are transmitted from the Site's server to a private automation endpoint (an n8n webhook) for manual review and follow-up. The webhook address is stored server-side and is never exposed to your browser. This MVP version of the Site does not maintain its own client database, login system, or client portal.
We may rely on reputable third-party service providers (for example, hosting and workflow infrastructure) that process data strictly on our behalf. Where a provider is located outside Israel, we take reasonable steps so that the transfer is consistent with the Privacy Law and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001.
5. Data Security
We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, consistent with the Data Security Regulations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to handle your request and for any period required to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Rights
Under sections 13 and 14 of the Privacy Law, you have the right to inspect the information held about you in a database and to request that incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information be corrected or deleted. To exercise these rights, or for any privacy question, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
If you believe your privacy rights have been infringed, you may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (PPA).
8. Minors
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
10. Contact
For any matter relating to this Policy or your personal information, contact TrickTic Automation at [email protected].
