These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at tricktic.com/automation (the "Site"), operated by TrickTic Automation ("TrickTic", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site presents information about automation and AI services offered by TrickTic. It is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the contact form does not create a service agreement, guarantee availability, or confirm any project scope or price.

Any automation project will be governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, responsibilities, timelines, system and data access, data handling, support, and payment terms. The Site does not publish fixed pricing in this version; projects are scoped based on workflow complexity, the tools involved, the timeline, and the level of support required.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or any connected systems;
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party personal information without authorization;
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Site or introduce malicious code.

All content on the Site, including text, design, graphics, and code, is owned by or licensed to TrickTic and is protected by the Copyright Law, 5768-2007 and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and information on the Site may be updated or changed at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrickTic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Israeli law, including the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 where applicable.

The Site may reference third-party tools or websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and references do not constitute endorsement or partnership.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv–Jaffa district shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
